For orders outside Slovenia, payment is available by proforma invoice only.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email together with the information required to make the bank transfer.

Please make the payment within 2 days of receiving the proforma invoice. Payment can be made via your online banking service.

If you make a payment, we would appreciate it if you also notify us.

If we do not receive your payment within two (2) working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders outside Slovenia are delivered by DPD.

The delivery fee for orders outside Slovenia is €8.00.

Once your order has been shipped, it will normally be delivered within 1–3 working days, depending on the destination.

The delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the delivery service.
